Messier 30 Stars

• Each team must submit a completed registration form and pay the registration fee.
• A coach or team manager must be listed as the main contact. 

2. Roster

• Minimum of 11 players, maximum of 24 players.
• Final roster is due no later than Wednesday, Sept. 2; no changes or late additions allowed after this date.
• Each player may play for ONE team in the tournament

3. Player Eligibility

• Players must present a valid photo ID for verification at check-in.
• A maximum of 2 non-asians AND minimum of 7 HMONG players on the field/in the game at one time. 

4.Tournament Rules

• FIFA rules apply unless otherwise stated by tournament officials
• Game length: 2X30 minute halves for group stage (may vary depending on number of teams)
• Ties in points at group stage will be determined by goal differential.
• Ties in playoff go straight to penalty kicks; no overtime.
• Substitutions allowed on referee approval.

5. Conduct & Sportsmanship

• Fighting, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in team suspension or disqualification
• Alcohol or drugs are not permitted on or near the playing field
• Coaches and managers are responsible for their teams's behavior

6. Liability

• All players must sign a waiver before playing
• Tournament committee is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal property.

Early Registration Deadline: August 7, 3026    **Late registration fee of $50 will apply to team registrations after August 7.

Registration Deadline: August 28, 2026.  Registration payment must be received no later than this date. 

Roster Lock: Wednesday, Sept 2.(All players must register and submit completed waiver forms by this date)
