Winter Developmental Soccer League - Winter 2025

Continue your player's growth from the fall season into the winter! Our Winter Developmental Soccer Program is designed for players who want to keep their skills sharp, build on what they have learned, and prepare for team games in the spring season. 

Program Highlights: 

• Skill Progression: Builds directly on the fundamentals learned in the fall - more focus on first touch, passing combinations, ball control under pressure, and finishing. 
• Strength & Agility: Age-appropriate training to improve quickness, balance, and endurance while staying active during the winter months. 
• Game Experience: Small-sided games each week to apply skills in real situations, continued emphasis on player growth, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Experienced Coaches: Managed by USSF C Licensed coach
• Indoor/Outdoor Options:Sessions will be adjusted based on weather and facilities. 

League Details:

• Who: Boys & Girls ages 5 - 11 (continuing players, new players are welcome) 
• When: Season runs from November 1 - February 28. 
• Where: Elk Grove/Sacramento
• Format: 2 Weekly trainings/skill sessions and developmental games on some weekends (local only)
• Cost: $65/month or $260 for the season

UPSL Men's - Fall 2025

Fall 2025 Men's UPSL - D1 

Program Overview

This program is designed for highly motivated and competitive players looking to compete at the national level in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL). The UPSL offers a pathway for ambitious athletes to showcase their talent and gain exposure while competing against top teams across the region. 

Who Can Register (invited individuals only)

• Male Players, ages 16+
• Must have advanced playing experience (college, semi-pro or equivalent)
• Committed to the team's training and game schedule

Program Details

• Season Dates: Fall 2025 (August - December)
• Training: 2-3 sessions per week
• Games: Weekend matches (home and away)
• Cost: $380 per player (includes league gees, referees, and home field rentals)
• Tryouts: Mandatory for all new players (cost $25)

• Professional-level coaching and training sessions
• Home and away game opportunities against competitive clubs
