Academy Training - Annual 2026

The Capitol City FC Academy Training is designed for beginner-intermediate level players who want to take their soccer skills to the next level. This program focuses on developing strong technical fundamentals including ball control, passing, first touch, dribbling, finishing, and 1v1 attacking and defending.

Training sessions are led by experienced and licensed coaches and combine skill development with small-sided games to help players improve decision-making, confidence, and overall soccer IQ in a fun and challenging environment. 

**Optional: Boys and girls under the age of 8 may be invited to play small sided 4v4 games on Saturdays.

• Who: Boys & Girls ages 6 - 14
• When: Training runs from March - July (must enroll month-by-month)
• Where: Elk Grove/Sacramento
• Format: 2 Weekly trainings/skill sessions 
• Cost $65/month (must enroll month-by-month)
