Spring Youth Competitive Soccer Program - Spring 2026

Our youth competitive soccer program is designed for boys and girls ages 8-11 who are ready to grow in a competitive soccer environment. This program is ideal for beginner to intermediate players who want to develop their skills, gain confidence, and experience structured competitive games. Each team will train weekly with experienced and licensed coaches and compete in scheduled weekend matches against teams of similar skill level. Training sessions are designed to improve technical skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control, while also introducing tactical concepts like positioning, spacing, and decision-making. This program is a great next step for players transitioning from recreational soccer or preparing for higher levels of competition. Our goal is to help young athletes build a strong foundation, develop discipline and confidence, and grow their love for the game. 

Season: Spring (8-10 weeks of games) + Summer academy trainings 

Competitive League: CalNorth D6 Metro League and NorCal Premier League Playdates

Games: Weekend competitive matches (local and some travel depending on age group)

Location: Local fields in Sacramento / Elk Grove area

Uniform: Training jersey and game kit required. Returning players use their current uniform.

Practices: 2 trainings per week (evenings).

Program Fee: $65/month or $325 for the full Spring-Summer seasons (March - July 2026)

Spring REC 4v4 and 5v5 League - Spring 2026

Program Description:

Our 4v4 and 5v5 Youth Development League is designed with one goal in mind, helping young players grow through meaningful game experiences. Small-sided soccer creates an environment where every player is constantly involved, maximizing touches on the ball, decision making opportunities, and confidence in both attack and defense. 

By playing in smaller teams, players learn to problem-solve, communicate, and take responsibility on the field. The reduced numbers encourage creativity, faster play, and a deeper understanding of the game, all while keeping sessions fun and age-appropriate. 

Program Details: 

• Season runs from March to May 2026
• For boys and girls ages 5-10 (born 2020 to 2016)
• One Saturday game a week, all at one location
• Location: Elk Grove/Sacramento
• Includes team training shirt

Cost:  $150/season

UPSL Men’s Division 1 – Spring 2026 Program Description (By invite only)

Capitol City FC’s UPSL Men’s Division 1 program is designed for committed, high-level players seeking a competitive and professional soccer environment. Competing in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Division 1, the Spring 2026 season emphasizes performance, accountability, and team culture while providing a pathway for player development and exposure.

The program features structured training sessions led by experienced coaching staff, competitive league matches, and required travel within the region. Players are expected to demonstrate full-season commitment, including consistent attendance at trainings, matches, and team activities. Our goal is to build a reliable, competitive roster that represents Capitol City FC with pride both on and off the field.
