Fall Academy Training Program - Fall 2025

Program Overview

Our Fall Academy Training Program is designed for players ages 5-11 who are new to the sport or have limited soccer experience. The program focuses on developing fundamental soccer skills in a fun and supportive environment, building a strong foundation for future growth. No prior soccer experience is required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn! Players will leave with improved skills, new friends, and a passion for the game. 

What Players Will Learn

• Basic dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques
• Teamwork and sportsmanship
• Core movement skills, coordination, and balance
• Introduction to game play through small-sided games and fun activities

Program Details

• Season Dates: August 11 - October 13 (10 weeks)
• Sessions: Mondays, 6:00pm - 7:15pm
• Location: Laguna Community Park, Elk Grove
• Ages: 5 - 11
• Cost: $50
• Coach: USSF licensed coach experienced in youth development

Fall 2025 Men's UPSL - D1 

Program Overview

This program is designed for highly motivated and competitive players looking to compete at the national level in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL). The UPSL offers a pathway for ambitious athletes to showcase their talent and gain exposure while competing against top teams across the region. 

Who Can Register (invited individuals only)

• Male Players, ages 16+
• Must have advanced playing experience (college, semi-pro or equivalent)
• Committed to the team's training and game schedule

Program Details

• Season Dates: Fall 2025 (August - December)
• Training: 2-3 sessions per week
• Games: Weekend matches (home and away)
• Cost: $380 per player (includes league gees, referees, and home field rentals)
• Tryouts: Mandatory for all new players (cost $25)

What's Included

• Professional-level coaching and training sessions
• Home and away game opportunities against competitive clubs
